WASHINGTON, Apr 21 (PRIME) -- The U.S. government has banned Russian ships from entering the state’s ports over Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, President Joe Biden said on Thursday.
Biden also called the measure another crucial step to divest Russia of the benefits of the international economic system.
